Problem Statement
Xccelerate aims to provide innovative learning solutions to its customers, ranging from B2B clients to its course students. The challenge is to design engaging and impactful Design Thinking workshops that can help these diverse stakeholders solve complex problems and foster a culture of innovation in APAC and the Middle East.
My Contribution
As the Chief Experience Officer, I am responsible for designing and delivering various Design Thinking workshops for Xccelerate's clients and internal teams. My key contributions include:
Developing interactive and collaborative workshop activities using tools like Figma, Zoom and the Adobe Creative Cloud
Enhancing communication skills to simplify instructions and processes for participants
Applying multiple design methodologies to enable attendees to learn while achieving workshop milestones
Training Xccelerate's UX Design students and colleagues on the art of facilitation, transferring both technical and soft skills
