Cuecos
Cuecos is a collection of containers that symbolize the evolution of materials over time. This unique set comprises spice containers for a modern kitchen and storage items for personal belongings. It results from a collaboration between the Argentinian studio Designo-Patagonia and Kaleb Cárdenas during a six-month internship in Bariloche, Argentina.

Focused on blending industrial technology with expert craftsmanship, Designo-Patagonia's Cuecos series is crafted using locally sourced materials, including 'lenga' wood finished with olive oil and turpentine, along with carefully selected endemic pebbles.
Designo Patagonia is dedicated to preserving and honouring nature and the materials sourced from the region. The wood utilised in this project is native to the southern region of Argentina, Patagonia. The pebbles come from the crystal-clear rivers surrounding the city of Bariloche. Additionally, the product packaging is crafted by repurposing discarded boxes from local supermarkets, diverting them from landfills and promoting sustainability.
